INGREDIENTS

  • Tacos
    • 1.5 lbs white fish fillets (like code or Tilapia)
    • 1 Tbsp olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • 1/2 tsp cumin
    • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
    • 1/4 tsp chili powder
    • 12 small corn tortillas
  • Slaw
    • 1/2 small green cabbage, finely shredded
    • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
    • Juice of 1/2 lime
    • Salt to taste
  • Crema
    • 1 avocado
    • 1/4 cup sour cream
    • Juice of 1 lime
    • Salt to taste

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Combine oil, garlic, lime juice, and spices.
  2. Coat fish with mixture and marinate for 15–30 minutes.
  3. Mash crema ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate.
  4. Mix slaw ingredients and chill.
  5. Grill fish 3–4 minutes per side. Let rest, then flake.
  6. Warm tortillas on grill.
  7. Assemble tacos with fish, slaw, crema, and cilantro.
