INGREDIENTS
- Tacos
- 1.5 lbs white fish fillets (like code or Tilapia)
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/4 tsp chili powder
- 12 small corn tortillas
- Slaw
- 1/2 small green cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- Juice of 1/2 lime
- Salt to taste
- Crema
- 1 avocado
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine oil, garlic, lime juice, and spices.
- Coat fish with mixture and marinate for 15–30 minutes.
- Mash crema ingredients until smooth. Refrigerate.
- Mix slaw ingredients and chill.
- Grill fish 3–4 minutes per side. Let rest, then flake.
- Warm tortillas on grill.
- Assemble tacos with fish, slaw, crema, and cilantro.
